ACTS is hosted in a local conference, union, or region, each residency is delivered through four sequential modules - with personal coaching - for a group of high-commitment planters.
Developing planters into facilitators and leaders multiplies the number of church plants and residency locations. In 2024, there are 24 residency sites worldwide. Here is our pipeline,
PLANTER
WHO?
Anyone committed to planting a multiplying church.
WHY?
Multiplying churches, more disciples engaged in ministry, and skilled planters.
HOW?
Pre-assessment, four (4) two-day modules, coaching sessions, and implementation over 12-18 months.
FACILITATOR
WHO?
Active planter committed to coach a planter and/or give presentations.
WHY?
Planters who equip other planters and lead by example.
HOW?
Facilitator training, assisting the leader through coaching and/ or presenting.
LEAD or HOST
WHO?
The lead or host is facilitator or church leader who coordinates the modules & coaching.
WHY?
New movements by developing planters and facilitators in their own context.
HOW?
Coordinate the process & logistics with support from another leader or catalyst.
CATALYST
WHO?
Anyone that has led a residency and mentored another leader to launch a new residency.
WHY?
Expansion, peer learning, contextualization faithfulness to Adventist identity.
HOW?
Pray and plan together, develop the network, and identify new catalysts.
